The West Coast “Meeting of the Minds” Annual Giving & Advancement Services Conference offers several days of fundraising presentations, forums, discussions and networking with more than 30 sessions and 30 speakers, moderators and panelists.
Dates: Mid-Day Wednesday, February 5th (with pre-conference workshop option TBA on ‘Wednesday morning) through mid-day Friday, February 7th, 2025.
Wednesday, February 5th – Day 1 of conference;
9-1130 a.m. – Pre-conference workshops topics TBA
Noon – Sponsor foyer and conference registration open
1-3:15 p.m. – Conference opening welcome and plenary session
3:15-3:45 p.m. – Break with refreshments in the sponsor foyer
3:45-5 p.m. – Breakout sessions
5:30-6:30 p.m. – Complimentary networking drinks reception at the Kellogg Center patio
Thursday, February 6th – Day 2 of conference; Full day of sessions from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
8-9:00 a.m. – Continental breakfast
9-10:15 a.m. – Breakout sessions
10:15-10:30 a.m. – Break with refreshments in the sponsor lounge
