We’ll have as many as five breakout sessions running at the same time at this year’s conference. Here’s a guide to finding your session room location:
These rooms are adjacent to the main sponsor table lounge area:
Auditorium Room – Is located behind the refreshment tables in the sponsor area. Entry doors are on the same mezzanine level as the registration table.
Mountain View Room – On the mezzanine level, entry doors are to the left of the registration table.
Campus Vista Room – On the mezzanine level, entry doors are to the right of the registration table.
These rooms are up the stairs near the Kellogg Conference Center entrance:
The Valley Vista Room – Go up the stairs toward the front entrance, make a U-turn to your left and the room entrance is down the hallway on the right.
Hillside West – Go back out the front entrance of Kellogg West. The Hillside West room is in the next set of doors to your right. Enter those doors and Hillside West is just down the hall on the left.
There are two lunch venues on Thursday:
The Kellogg West Dining Room – Go up the stairs toward the front entrance, make a U-turn to your left and the dining room entrance is down the hallway on the left.
The Auditorium Room Patio – Is accessed through the auditorium room, on your right as you’re facing the stage.
